Summer semester (SuSe): 15.12. – 05.01.

Winter semester (WiSe): 15.06. – 30.06.

Purpose:

Year and semester type (1 = summer semester, 2 = winter semester) and matriculation number

Example for the winter semester 2025/26: 202521234567 (semester type 20252 and matriculation number).

According to Section 1 (3) No. 4 and Section 7 of the Enrolment Regulations, enrolment and re-registration for the following semester are carried out exclusively by transferring the fees and charges due within the applicable deadlines. The receipt of the money in the university account is decisive. No notification of fees will be issued.

In certain cases, such as during a practical semester or semester abroad, a refund of the semester ticket fee can be requested from the General Students' Committee (AStA). Exception: The refund has already been applied for due to a leave of absence. For further information, please contact the semester ticket office of the AStA, you can find the application form here.
